Boys, boys, boys! Family Photo Shoot Huddersfield
Beaumont Park, Huddersfield
I went to school with Helen and although we don’t see each other often we’ve done a few shoots of her kids as they grow. It’s always great to catch up with her and see how the boys are getting on.
Last Sunday we got together at Beaumont Park in Huddersfield. I use Beaumont Park a lot as it is relatively easy to get to and has an array of areas and different parts to give lots of different options for backdrops.
This year Helen was accompanied by her partner Dave and his two boys too, so that made 5 boys to entertain and try to get them engaged in the photos! OK I took that as a personal challenge, which I completely enjoy, I think my mental age is closer to theirs so I find it usually easy to connect with the kids and get them to play ball!
Don’t let kids tell you that they don’t like having their photos done! If they like exploring and fun that’s all they have to do, with a stop here and there to capture how awesome they are!
